Working with a small group of fishermen, ranchers, farmers, and gatherers, they are able to find the highest quality products and serve them at the very peak of their taste.

Come for the great seafood selections but fall in love for anything simply roasted over the embers. Radicchio and beets were standouts and one of the best chickens I have eaten this year came from this wood-fire.
