A dessert tasting menu that find new ways to appreciate, taste, and discover the sweet world.

Thai-born owner and self-taught patissier, Dej Kewkacha, is an avid student and explorer of Japanese culture, gastronomy and patisserie techniques.

The design of this exclusive menu is inspired by his travels to Kyoto, from ‘ZEN’ gardens to bamboo forests, and guided by Japanese aesthetics , or ‘SHIBUI’, of this ancient capital of Japan.
